I agree with a lot of those comments. There’s a few notable exclusions from the world of popular fiction (including genre fiction) that had a significant impact. The list definitely skews into mainly literary fiction, historical fiction and selected nonfiction / autobiography. It’s not accounting for the wider world of books.

Man, you couldn’t get away from this book when it blew up. Copies of it were everywhere. Interesting to see a new take on it after all these years.
